In Sindsro I dealt with the subject of serenity. Laughter that suddenly stops and is thwarted by sad bursts of thought. Children who grow up in the context of inpatient family help, who happily romp around with the other children and then suddenly stop in the game, submerge, only to either leave the game or get back in shortly afterwards. The cheerfulness can evaporate and sometimes it comes back.
